FAQ
When time of day do you have sessions?
I am a golden hour photographer. My work shines the best at sunset. Being in Alaska I know that can be crazy, in the summers a session can be at 11pm sometimes at 9pm. In the winter it can be at 2pm or sometimes at 5pm. Ill let you know a head of time when the best time is. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THIS RULE OF THUMB Your images will thank you for it. I do give tips on how to do a time change switch for the kids so please trust me!
What do I need to do as a client before the session?
The first thing I'll do on my photographer end is send you a email. Inside that email there will be 3 things. A questionnaire, contract, and a retainer invoice.
All 3 things should be filled out, signed and purchased within 24hours. After those are completed, you are booked and ready for a photoshoot with me.
I also include a session guide with helpful tips & tricks for your session.
Why should I read my contract?
Reading your contract will let you know pretty much everything about your session.
Example of a few: When images are expected to be ready, how long your finished gallery will be online available for download, when payments are due, and what happens if weather gets in our way. So please read your emails and contract these are very important.
When is the session fee due?
Your session fee is due the day before your session. No session will begin until you are paid in full.
How long does a session take?
Your session will typical take 30mins-1hour depending on weather elements and children, I try to not make it a time crunch. Your time with me is valued with no rush needed.
Do you have a client closet or style guide?
YES!
My closet ranges from S-XXL depending on the season. I have mostly women and kids (6-12months) (3T-6T)
Mainly for Women & Children at the moment.
Like mentioned above I do send out a session guide & style guide to help with this topic as well.
What if my child / children act out?
This is 100% okay. I understand kids and understand sometimes they run the show ( so they think so). I will talk to them as they are one and make the session fun. The best thing to do is do not stress about it and trust your photographer.
